YOUR INFORMATION
Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 15, 2026
This policy describes information associated with the Northgate Scale website and inquiries about our services. You can contact us at contact@northgatescale.com about privacy questions or requests.
1. Information associated with your visit
Our website does not currently include an inquiry form, a payment form, or an advertising analytics script. Hosting and security providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser information, requested pages, and request times, to deliver and protect the website. If the site asks you to sign in, that authentication is handled by the hosting platform.
If you contact us directly, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, email address, business details, and message. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information in an inquiry.
2. How information is used
Information you share with us is used to respond to questions, discuss a potential project, communicate about agreed services, and maintain relevant business records. Technical processing by our providers supports website delivery, security, and troubleshooting.
3. Fonts, links, and scheduling
This website loads typography from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends requests to Google when loading those fonts. Google describes its handling of those requests in its Google Fonts privacy information.
Our own website code does not set analytics or advertising cookies, or store visitor profiles in your browser. Hosting, sign-in, and third-party services may use their own cookies or storage under their own policies.
Our homepage embeds a Cal.com calendar to let you book a consultation. Loading the calendar sends technical information, such as your IP address and browser information, to Cal.com. When you book, Cal.com processes the name, email address, selected time, timezone, and any other information you submit. We receive booking details to arrange and manage your meeting. See Cal.com's Privacy Policy for its data practices. External websites have their own privacy practices.
4. Service providers and sharing
Website hosting, security, email, and scheduling services may process information as part of providing those services. Information may also need to be disclosed where required by law. Processing can occur in countries other than your own, depending on the providers involved.
5. Retention and security
How long information is retained depends on the reason it was collected, the project relationship, applicable recordkeeping needs, and provider settings. Please contact us about a specific record or deletion request. No online service or communication method can guarantee complete security.
6. Your questions and requests
You may ask us what inquiry or project information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop optional follow-up communications. Contact contact@northgatescale.com. We may need to verify your identity and understand the request. Requests are handled subject to applicable law and any legitimate recordkeeping obligations.
7. Children and policy updates
This website is intended for business owners and business representatives. It is not directed to children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us so we can address it.
We will update this policy when our website or information practices change and revise the date above. Please review it when returning to the site.
